I just want to personally thank you for all your “extra” efforts in correcting a couple of complaints about my new car recently purchased at Guess Ford.
The service department not only replaced a couple of front tires, but also a heater core which was causing an odor when the fan was turned on. During the time my car was in the garage, you also graciously provided me with “wheels” to travel.
On a trip to Michigan this past weekend, the car got an actual 40 miles per gallon and an average of 45.2 mpg. Incredible!

Just wanted to let you know about my service visit. Besides hating to be without my new-to-me vehicle, the whole thing was a very positive experience with the staff at Guess, yourself included. I was able to get the Jeep in on Friday, and they had a car ready for me so I could leave it there over the weekend. Apparently the Service Dept was very shorthanded on Monday, but Tuesday morning Ronnie called and said that everything was fine and that the Jeep was operating properly in regard to the 4-wheel drive. Apparently after checking with a Jeep dealer, it was determined that with the Command-Trac system in my Jeep Liberty that the lights, etc were actually functioning as they should. So the visit did not cost me anything other than the gas to and from Carrollton, and everyone that I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Thanks so much for your follow-up, and this confirms that I made the right choice coming to Guess. Give everyone my regards!
I would like to thank you for all the contact you have had with me since I bought my Explorer. This is the first time I’ve had a dealer/salesman take that much interest after the fact. I thought you might like to know what really brought me to Guess in the first place. I started looking for a car from a dealer that advertised that they could finance anyone. I knew I would need that. When I checked web sites, Guess’s was the only one that offered that chat popup with what appeared to be a real person on the other end. I don’t know if he was real, or a good program, but it was really nice to get the personal touch when I was an unknown.
I find Guess Motors very professional and very eager to satisfy their customers. They have always tried to service my vehicle as soon as possible depending on my schedule. They make you feel that you are important to them. They explain things to me ahead of time.
They are the best dealership I have ever dealt with.
Always very friendly, and very informative on what they have done. couldn’t ask for any better service. I would purchase a car from them again.
Great Sales Rep
James Baker our sales rep was very nice and knowledgable on the vehicle and tried to find us a 2012 terrain with all my features already made. When he couldn’t it was no trouble to order one. I tried first at Team GMC in Wintersville,OH, which is closer, but i got no return call or interest in me buying a vehicle from them. Guess Motors was 55 min. drive from my house but was a very good decision to go and buy my 2012 Terrain from them. I give them 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!
This was our first experience with Guess Motors and will honestly say it will not be our last. Shopping there was a pleasure and we will do so again in the future. Would also say that Guess Motors has one of the best websites I have ever used when vehicle shopping.

Friendliness of employees Since I was getting new tires I asked for a four wheel alignment. After checking the alinement it was found that the car did not need this service. I was impressed with the fact that they were completely honest with me when , strictly speaking , they would not have had to be . This saved me money and I appreciated it . Honesty such as this means a lot in the world today and to me personally.

Great Services Department
I visited the Guess Ford Garage for my routine oil change and tire rotation on my 2005 Ford Taurus car. I was very pleased with the service and care for my car. I was especially pleased with what seems to be several new services for customers there. First, after the work was completed, I had the complete service bill reviewed by Robert Wirkner. He explained what the technician did to examine my car and provide a routine inspection of the car. He reviewed the Multi-Point Inspection Card so I knew the status of my battery, the condition of my tires, and the outcome of the break-check. I drive daily to see patients in my job in home care. Safe functioning of my car is essential. He then reviewed the charges for the service so I understood these. Second, Mr Wirkner asked if I wanted to have a car wash. I was so pleased. I said YES and sat only a few moments until the car was washed and parked safely so I could pull out of the garage safely. I support having this review of service-bill and especially for the car wash option. Thank you for employing young people in this work. I support employment of our youth here in Carrollton. I did tip the boy and appreciate his work. I drove away with a safely functioning clean car. Thank you for offering these services here in Carrollton. I think my car was in better condition and cleaner after I left the Guess Ford Garage today. I encourage you to continue these quality services.
